About Us
JB Home Inspections was formed in 2006 by Jerry Box, a 34-year-plus veteran of the construction industry who provides meticulous, accurate, and quality home inspections throughout the Greater Sacramento, Calif. area. He is a Certified Home Inspector and a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
Licenses and Certifications
Jerry's expert knowledge of the construction industry has helped JB Home Inspections grow into one of the premier home inspection companies in the Sacramento area.
Jerry has held a Class (B) General Contractors License since 1992 (Lic.#648099), and a Class C-33 Painting License since 2006.

JB Home Inspections is dedicated to quality. When you contract me to do a professional home inspection, you will receive a computer-generated inspection report, complete with color photos. A copy of your report will be emailed to any individual or business of your choosing.

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and have passed numerous tests and qualifying examinations to earn this ranking.
